Follow these steps to set up a link with your Bugzilla system.
- Log into BugFeeder
- Create a new project if not already exist
- Go to Settings and click on the Export tab
- Select export to Bugzilla
- Enter the web address or IP of your system
- Enter the username and password for access
- Enter the product, component and version (these are mandatory fields by Bugzilla and are case sensitive).
- Click save and BugFeeder will confirm if a link has been created
You can test that it is working by using either the Windows or Firefox screen capture plugins to send an image to BugFeeder which should export it to your Bugzilla system.
It is not instantaneous as the export process is queued and can take several seconds to complete. It is also dependent on the size of the image you are sending.
If there is a problem, the item will be placed in the unexported items in the BugFeeder project. Selecting the item, it will contain the error message received by BugFeeder to help you track down the issue.
